90% of the risk for Heart disease can be explained by the following wrong lifestyle habits:

 smoking (37.4%),
 increased lipids in the blood(58.7%),
 high Blood pressure(19.3%),
 diabetes (11.8%),
 abdominal obesity(37.7%),
 decreased consumption of fruits and vegetables(19%) and
 lack of exercise (27%).
